You cannot initiate communication with a client in the Bitrix24 mobile application. You will need to start messaging in your Wazzup dashboard or in the browser version of Bitrix24. When the client replies, continue messaging via the application using Wazzup Chats.
- Go to the “Chats” in the bottom panel → Wazzup notifications chat.
- Follow the link in the “Reply via chat” message.
- Write to the chat.
