Adding channels to a subscription

Channels will be added to the subscription automatically after payment. For example, you have 2 WhatsApp Web channels in your account, you create and pay for 1 channel subscription, Wazzup will randomly choose a channel and add it to your subscription. It may not be the channel you wanted to add. To change the channel, click the “three dots” menu on the right side of the subscription bar and select “Channels in the subscription” from the drop-down list:

Click on the minus in the right column next to the channel you want to unsubscribe:

Then click the arrow in the left column next to the channel you want to add to your subscription:

Change the number of channels in the subscription

1. Go to “Subscriptions” section in your personal Wazzup account.

2. Click on the three dot icon to the right of the subscription and select “Change the number of channels in the subscription.

3. Enter the new number of channels. For example, if you had a subscription to 2 channels and you want to add 1 more channel, you should enter “3” in the field. If you had 2 channels and want to remove 1 channel, enter “1” in the field.

4. Click “Continue” or “Change” depending on whether you are increasing or decreasing the number of channels.

5. Pay the required additional amount if you are increasing the number of channels.

6. Done — you have changed the number of channels in your subscription.

You can increase or decrease the number of channels in each subscription. If you increase the number of channels, you must pay a surcharge for the added channels. The amount of the surcharge is shown on the day of viewing.

If you increase the number of channels, you pay extra for the number of days remaining in your subscription. For example, you paid for 2 years on the Pro tariff. There are 676 days left until the end of your subscription. You decide to add one more channel. In this case you will have to pay additionally for 676 days of 1 channel on Pro tariff.

If you reduce the number of channels, the subscription period will increase. Renewal period is indicated on the day of viewing.

If you reduce the number of channels, your subscription will be extended by the cost of the channels excluded from the subscription. For example, you paid a subscription for 2 channels for 2 years on the Pro plan. There are 676 days left until the end of your subscription. You decide to remove one channel from your subscription. In this case, your subscription will be extended for 1 x 676 days.

Change your subscription tariff

1. Go to “Subscriptions” section in your personal Wazzup account.

2. Click on the three dot icon to the right of the subscription and select “Change tariff”.

3. Select the rate you want to switch to and click “Continue” or “Change” depending on whether you’re switching to a lower or higher rate.

4. Pay as much as you want if you’re upgrading to a more expensive plan.

5. Done — you’ve changed your subscription tariff.

If you switch to a more expensive plan, you will need to pay the price difference for the remainder of the subscription term. The plan will change after you pay.

In the example above, the surcharge is calculated using the formula (6000 ₽ – 3000 ₽) x 1 x 24/30, where:

(6000 ₽ – 3000 ₽) — the difference in the cost of the tariffs;

2 — number of channels in the subscription;

676/30 — months to the end of the subscription.

If you switch to a less expensive plan, your subscription will be extended.

In the example above, the subscription term increase is calculated using the formula (3000 ₽ – 1500 ₽)/1500 x 24, where:

(3000 ₽ – 1500 ₽) — the difference in the cost of the rates;

1500 ₽ — the cost of the new tariff;

676 — days until the end of the subscription.

The amount of surcharge and renewal period are indicated as of the day of viewing.
