Assigning a contact’s name

In an individual dialogue

  • the contact’s name will be the same as the customer called himself in WhatsApp, if the contact is created by incoming;
  • the contact’s name is taken from the personal account of Wazzup or CRM, if the contact was created there;
  • the contact’s name in Wazzup chat will change if you change it in CRM.

In a group dialogue

  • the contact’s name is taken from the phone, if the contact is saved in it;
  • the phone number is displayed instead of the name if the contact is not stored in the phone.
