It is impossible to initiate communication with a client in the Bitrix24 mobile application. Start the correspondence in your Wazzup personal account or in the browser version of Bitrix24. When the client answers, continue the correspondence in the Bitrix24 mobile application in the Open Channel.
- Go to “Open Channels” in the bottom panel.
- Enter the desired chat → “Reply”.
- Write to chat.
With the beginning of the correspondence in the Open Channel, the application automatically creates a new contact and a deal.
