Integration with Cubics CRM

Before starting the integration — add the WhatsApp channel to your Wazzup account.

  1. Go to “Integrations” in your personal account settings.
  2. Click .
  3. Select “Integration by API”.
  4. Copy the API key that appears.
  5. Open your Cubics CRM profile.
  6. Go to “Settings”.
  7. Select the “Integrations” section.
  8. Find the “Wazzup” tab and click “Install”.
  9. Paste the API key you copied into the “Wazzup API Key” field.
  10. Insert your Wazzup ID without the hyphen as “12345678” in the “Wazzup ID” field. It is located in the upper left corner of your Wazzup account.
  11. Indicate the number of the channel with which you plan to work with and the responsible employee.
  12. Click “Save”.
  13. Go to the Messages section in Cubics CRM and click on Wazzup.
  14. Done you’ve connected your Cubics CRM integration.
