Wazzup is located in two independent data centres. These data centres are comply with international information security standards DIN ISO/IEC 27001 and undergo audit annually. The service's architecture duplicates all services to enable the failsafe operation of each individual cluster. All performance indicators are monitored around the clock by our engineers, and all critically important parameters are being tracked in real time.

Data backup

We backup all Wazzup data daily. Thanks to the encrypted archives located on our servers, we will be able to restore your Wazzup operation environment for any moment within the last 3 months.

SSL encryption

All Wazzup accounts access the data using the TLS 1.2 cryptographic protocol. The encryption certificate is issued by COMODO RSA Domain Validation Secure Server CA. The connection is encrypted and verified using AES_128_GCM. Key exchange is performed using ECDHE_RSA. This eliminates the possibility of data interception between the client and the server throughout the working process since all data is transmitted in encrypted form.

Data removal

If you stop using our service, we will remove your account together with all its data. To do this, please, contact Wazzup support.
