From Wazzup chat
1. Go to the deal card and enter the contact’s phone number.
2. Click on the green “Wazzup” button in the upper right corner.
3. Write and send your message.
4. Done — you’ve created a dialogue and wrote first in WhatsApp.
From amoCRM native chat
1. Go to the deal and click on the contact’s phone number.
2. Click on the “whatsappWZ” button to create a chat with the client. There will be no notification about the creation of a chat. You only need to press the “whatsappWZ” button once — if there was no chat with this contact before. Duplicate chats can impact Salesbot.
3. Click on the “whatsappWZ” button that appears under the contact’s name.
4. Click “Write”.
5. Now you can write to the client from the deal card.
