Blank screen in Kommo

Here, we will give some instructions on what to do if you get a blank (gray) window without buttons when opening Wazzup chats in Kommo:

First method: click on the “Save” button

1. Go to the “Settings” section→ Integrations → “Installed” tab → click on the Wazzup app.

2. A window will open with instructions on how to install the app. Click under the instructions to “Save”. The button may look disabled, but click it anyway — it works.

After that, try to open the Wazzup chat window.

Second method: disable cookie blocking

First of all, try logging into your Wazzup account using the same machine and browser via the following link: If everything is fine, it means that the error is caused by your browser which is blocking cookies for embedded windows.

To fix this error, allow third-party cookies.

Google Chrome

1. In the upper right corner of the browser, click on the three dots → go to the “Settings” section.

2. Open the “Privacy and security” tab on the left → select “Third-party cookies”.

3. Scroll to “Default behavior” → enable “Allow third-party cookies”.


1. Go to “Settings”.

2. Click the “Privacy and Security” link in the side panel.

3. In the “Cookies” section, disable the blocking.

Mozilla Firefox

1. In the menu, choose “Content Blocking”.

2. In the “Privacy & Security” panel, review the content blocking settings to enable cookies.

3. Choose the “Standard” mode. It means that cookies are not blocked by the browser.
