How to connect Wazzup to Flowlu
To set up Wazzup integration with Flowlu, follow these steps:
1. In your Wazzup account, go to the “Channels” section and connect WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business API, or Telegram.

2. Click on “More” in the left sidebar → select “Communications” → “Connect” → select WhatsApp or Telegram and copy the provided link
3. Return to Wazzup, go to the “Integration with CRM” section, and select Flowlu.
4. Paste the copied URL and click “Continue” → “Connect”.
5. In the pop-up window, verify your phone number and click “Save”.
6. Once the integration is successfully connected, you can modify its settings in Flowlu, such as:
- Assigning a manager queue.
- Selecting a CRM pipeline where new chats will be stored.
Where are Wazzup Chats in Flowlu
To access the chats, click the Wazzup button in the top menu bar.
After that, the chat with the client will open.
