How to connect Amwork to Wazzup

Wazzup allows you to send and receive messages in WhatsApp, Telegram, Telegram Bot and Instagram — all directly inside your Amwork CRM.

1. Log in or sign up to Wazzup.

2. In the left menu, go to “Channels”.

3. Click Add Channel and choose the platform you want to connect: WhatsApp, Telegram, Telegram Bot, or Instagram.

Follow the instructions to complete the connection.

All chats from connected channels will be visible in both Wazzup and Amwork. If you’re using a personal account, private messages may become visible to your team. For testing, we recommend using a shared (work) profile and limiting access.

4. In the “Integration with CRM” section, choose Amwork → click “Continue” → “Add”.

Amwork

5. You’ll be redirected to Amwork → enter your login and password.

6. If you’re logged in as an administrator, the API key will be auto-filled.

If you’re adding another channel later, you’ll need to copy and paste the API key manually. You can find your API key in Wazzup → “Integration with CRM” → "More" tab.
Once a channel is connected, the key and selected channel can’t be edited.

Amwork Settings

7. In Amwork choose the connected Wazzup channel from the dropdown list.

For each channel, assign users with specific roles:

  • “Select users with access to all client chats” — users can view all conversations between employees and clients. They’re marked as chat owners and always have access.
  • “Select who can see the messenger” — supervisors who can see chats created from incoming messages. Access can be removed if needed.
  • “Users responsible for new clients” — users who will handle chats with both incoming and outgoing messages. Their access can also be revoked.

These settings help you assign the right permissions and manage your team’s chat access efficiently.

Managing and removing integration

To manage the integration, go to your Amwork account → Settings → Integrations → Manage next to the Wazzup logo.

Where to find Wazzup chats

To start a conversation, open a contact card in Amwork and choose the channel you want to use — WhatsApp, Telegram, or another.

The chat window with the client will open right inside the CRM. All messages will be saved and visible in the contact card.
