When you first connect WABA, your profile displays a phone number instead of your company name. As a result, customers may not immediately recognize who they are messaging or where a broadcast came from.

To show your company name instead of the number, you need to meet several Meta requirements:
1. Set a display name for your profile following these instructions.
2. Verify your company following these instructions.
3. Check your phone number tier: open the "Channels" section → click the button on the right in the row of the channel you need.
In the "Current Facebook limit" section, you will see your tier. For your company name to be displayed, you need Tier 1 or higher.

If you see "Tier 0", you can increase it. To do so, actively chat with customers and send templates — over time, your tier will grow. This article about conversation limits explains it in more detail.
Based on our observations, the company name usually starts displaying about an hour after all Meta requirements are met.
