The Wazzup integration allows you to communicate with customers in messengers directly from Qobrix without switching between WhatsApp and Viber.
1. Register for Wazzup via the link.
2. In your Wazzup account, go to the "Channels" section and connect one or more channels:
👉 Viber.
3. Once the required channels are connected, go to the "Integration with CRM" section → select API.

4. Click "Add" → copy the API key.
5. Go to Qobrix. Click the gear icon — this is the settings section.
In the "System Configuration" section, click "Integrations".

6. Find Wazzup → click the Wazzup icon. Integration details will be opened.

7. Click "Edit" → integration settings will be opened.

8. Paste the API key into the field → check the boxes next to "Active" → click "Save".

Once saved, the integration status should change from "No" to "Yes" in the "Active" column.
You can view the integration history and status in the "Integration history log" tab to ensure everything is working correctly.
9. Now return to the "Integration with CRM" section in your Wazzup account → set up the integration in order for your team to be able to view and initiate new chats with their leads.

Chats are located in the "Conversations" section. Clicking the button opens a list of all chats available to the sales rep.
