How to connect Wazzup to Deskie

The Wazzup service lets you connect WhatsApp via either the official WhatsApp Business API or personal WhatsApp account to Deskie.

1. If you haven't used Wazzup before, sign up and connect messenger:

2. Once the channel is connected, go to the "Integration with CRM" tab.

3.  Select Deskie.

4. Enter the URL of your account, e.g., https://myaccount.deskie.io → click "Continue" → "Connect".

5. A new Deskie tab will open. If you are not logged in, log into the CRM.

6. A list of channels connected to Wazzup will then appear, allowing you to select default groups for each channel or ignore cases from specific channels connected in Wazzup.

7. Click "Save changes" — done! You've connected Wazzup to Deskie. Now you can test chats.
