When setting up automation using Salesbot, you can add buttons to messages from WhatsApp Business API (WABA) and Telegram Bot channels.
From WABA channels, you can send a message with 1‑10 buttons. Such a message will only be sent if the 24‑hour WABA conversation window is open.
A message with buttons from Salesbot cannot be used to start a 24‑hour conversation on a WABA channel. To start a conversation, you need a Meta-approved template — which can contain no more than three buttons. Such a template must be created and submitted for moderation in your Wazzup account.
A message with more than three buttons will appear in the customer’s chat and in your Wazzup chat with a Menu button. Clicking that button opens the list of buttons.
A message with more than ten buttons will not be sent in full. The customer will receive only the first ten response options.

From a Telegram Bot channel, you can send a message with up to twelve buttons. If you add more, only the first twelve will be sent.
You can add a button with just text or embed a link in it.
If a customer clicks a button without a link, a click notification will appear in the Wazzup chat and the card conversation. If they click a button with a link and follow it, no such notification will appear.

When setting up Salesbot, add a "Send message" step at the appropriate point in the process. Write the message text and add buttons. For a single message, you can attach either buttons with only text or buttons with links — not both.

You can enter up to 20 characters on a button.
You can then configure how Salesbot should respond to clicks. Click "Next step" from the desired button → select an action or condition.
