Write in the Bitrix24 mobile application

You can easily send messages from the Bitrix24 mobile app.

1. Go to "More" → "CRM" and select the desired deal.

2. In the bottom right corner, tap "+" to open the action menu.

3. From the list, select "SMS" – this option allows you to send messages via Wazzup.

4. To the right of the client's phone number, tap "Settings" (gear icon) → select "From number [Wazzup (WhatsApp, WhatsApp Business API, Telegram)]".

5. Type your message and tap "Send".

Once the client responds, you can continue the conversation in the Bitrix24 mobile app in the Wazzup chat.
